Dear Candidate,
Our concern, NISSI Engineering Solution Pvt Ltd, is dealing with various kinds of projects related to SCADA, numerical relay integration, testing - Commissioning of HT & LT equipment’s and Engineering design.
We are executing the projects in different parts of India and in other countries by providing accommodation, travel facilities and mobile communication allowances to the employees apart from their income and our concern is paying handsome salary to our engineers with attractive yearly hike in their income
We would like to let you know the terms and conditions of NISSI recruitment process.
1. Candidates should have cleared all their arrears in their academic subjects and must not have any arrears as of today. Candidates having arrears shall their resume again after clearing their arrears.
2. If you claim to have previous experience/training in any of the field, then the relevant documents like experience/training certificates should be produced at the time of interview.
3. If you are selected, you will be directed to sign an agreement of training cum service to work in our concern for four years for fresher in our field. If you have experience in our core field, then the agreement will be negotiable.
4. If you wish, you can terminate the employment by giving three-month notice period only after the completion of the total agreed (signed) years of training cum service.
5. If you want to terminate your employment before the agreed years of service, you have to pay the amount decided by the company for your relieving. The measure of penalty amount varies with the quality & quantity of training given to you.
6. As you will be deputed to different parts of India and abroad at any time, you should be capable of adapting to different environment, travel and food.
7. No Accommodation and local conveyance shall be provided to the employees during their stay at Chennai. All these arrangements should be taken care by themselves.
8. Candidates deputed abroad will give attractive overseas allowance, accommodation and other benefits
9. Candidates must have their passport or at least have completed their passport verification process before joining the concern after successful selection in the interview.
